The service
RetailScrapers is a private business-to-business intelligence platform that monitors public retailer storefront APIs and dispatches webhook alerts to invited customer Discord servers. Access is granted by invitation only; there is no public signup. The service is operated by RetailScrapers (referred to in this document as “the operator”).
Your obligations
You must keep your Discord login credentials confidential and not share them. You must not redistribute, resell, or otherwise transfer your configured webhook URLs or platform access to any party outside the community that received the original invitation. Reselling, sublicensing, or commercial redistribution of platform access requires the operator's prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not automate requests against the RetailScrapers dashboard or APIs beyond normal interactive use. You may not use the webhook delivery system to deliver content unrelated to the retail monitoring features for which the webhook was configured. Attempting to circumvent the invitation-only access model is a breach of these terms.
Service availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. There is no formal uptime guarantee. Upstream retailer APIs may rate-limit, delay, or fail without notice; alerts may be delayed or missed as a result. Scheduled maintenance is not announced in advance.
Disclaimer of warranties
Stock data and alerts are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of product availability, price, or transactability. The platform is not a retailer and does not sell any products listed within it.
Limitation of liability
The operator is not responsible for purchase decisions, financial outcomes, or business decisions made on the basis of alerts or data delivered through the platform. The platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer whose products are monitored. To the extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the relevant event.
Termination
The operator may revoke any account's access at any time and for any reason. You may request account deletion at any time via the community channel that issued your invitation. Upon termination, your account data is deleted in accordance with the retention rules described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
